| Payment Terms |
| First orders strictly Pro Forma. Subsequent
orders qualify for 30 days’ credit, subject to status.
Any delay in payment beyond 30 days from receipt of goods will
incur forfeiture of any discounts. Interest will be charged
at 8% above Base Rate immediately upon expiry of 30-day credit
period. |

| In the event of cancellation all costs incurred

| Damaged Goods/Claims |
| We make every effort to ensure the delivery
of undamaged goods. Merchandise must be checked for damage before
the delivery note is signed. Claims will not be accepted if
goods have been signed for as “Received in Good
Condition” or “Unchecked”.
Any short delivery or damaged goods discovered must be brought
to the attention of ‘Red Mud’ immediately. No claims
will be considered unless notified within 3 days of delivery. |
| Non-Stock Goods and Special Orders |
| A 50% down payment must be received before
production can commence. |

| List Prices are subject to fluctuation due
to changes in market conditions. Please check before confirming

| Difference in Colour, Design and
Size |
| ‘Red Mud’ goods are hand made,
finished and/or assembled therefore pattern, colour, glaze,
finish and size may vary. |

| Ceramic pots when empty are frost resistant.
Should soil or water contained in a pot freeze, damage may occur.
Care when planting and watering, as well as the use of plastic
pots within the ceramic container, will help to prevent damage. |
