Products |
| If ‘Indigo Lamps’
are combined with any ‘Red Mud’
products then the carriage tariff reverts
to Red Mud’s terms. Please see or ask
for a copy. |
| Overseas Orders |
| We can quote to deliver goods
to a UK Mainland Shipping Agent, Port-to-Port
or Door-to-Door delivery service. All orders
are subject to a carriage tariff. |
| Payment Terms |
| First orders strictly Pro Forma.
Subsequent orders qualify for 30 days’
credit, subject to status. Any delay in payment
beyond 30 days from receipt of goods will
incur forfeiture of any discounts. Interest
will be charged at 8% above Base Rate immediately
upon expiry of 30-day credit period. |

| Damaged Goods/Claims |
| We make every effort to ensure
the delivery of undamaged goods. Merchandise
must be checked for damage before the delivery
note is signed. Claims will not be accepted
if goods have been signed for as “Received
in Good Condition” or “Unchecked”.
Any short delivery or damaged goods discovered
must be brought to the attention of ‘Indigo
Lamps’ immediately. No claims will be
considered unless notified within 3 days of
delivery. |
